This plan, No. 155, is grand by any standard. It's a large four-bedroom, one bath plan of pleasing Craftsman-style detail and artistic proportion that would have made the cut for many prospective home buyers. Though the cost was steep in 1915 for many home buyers, we expect more than a few availed themselves of its charms. Named the Minnesota in the 1921 catalog, the only changes made were to modify the closet space on the second floor and add a sewing room.
