1915 Ready Built House Company of Portland, Oregon
Plan 166, later named the California, was typical of the rustic or "artistic" bungalows that were so popular in the Golden State. The 1915 version by Ready Built was larger with three bedrooms and a bath. The color image and streamlined plan from the 1921 catalog is shown below with a much smaller footprint and only two bedrooms.
