This small bungalow was a classic and best seller for Ready Built appearing in the 1915 catalog and touted as their best-selling medium-size house plan. They evidently got the plan right, because it was unchanged in a later catalog but for shifting the placement of the stairways to attic and basement. The bedrooms are connected by a central hall with the bath bracketed between. A pocket door separates the private family quarters from the living rooms. (It was renamed the Berkeley in the 1921 Ready Built House Co. catalog by Fenner Manufacturing.)
