The average bungalow built in the 1910s was 600-800 square feet making Plan No. 134 slightly larger than average at about 850 square feet. Packed into its modest footprint were two bedrooms, a bath, plus living spaces. Despite its size, it has a sensible floorplan which remained essentially the same through the 1921 catalog.
